The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop (https://run-chicken.eu/) by all visitors and buyers.

PRICING

​

RUN-TIGER COMPANY reserves the right to adjust prices, include additional costs, and change product information, such as product pictures and offers, without any notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

ORDERS

​

By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button and paying. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

Orders made in another person’s name without their consent, or any other financial damage suffered to that person or RUN-TIGER COMPANY, will be reported to the police. RUN-TIGER COMPANY reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors. RUN-TIGER COMPANY reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police, and we hold the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

PRE-SALES

​

We will never knowingly mislead anyone about expectations with our products. We develop our RUN-CHICKEN products on recommendations based on our own considerable experiences in automatic chicken coop doors, considerable feedback from our customer base, advice from hired experts, and advice from the poultry academic community. A big part of that is accurately setting expectations on what we sell, and we will endeavor to do that in a way that helps you make the best purchase. If we do not send the product purchased in the pre-sale by the agreed date, the customer can cancel the order and get their money back. However, we will not refund the paying fee that your chosen paying system charges.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

​

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply at any given time.

Shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated. Free shipping is available on orders over 180 USD on the US site and 135 EUR on the European site. These thresholds may change without prior notice. Worldwide with DHL Express (except in E.U.) for the fastest and most reliable service.

We ship through GLS in all E.U. countries.

Our free shipping is also duty-free—DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Our DHL, UPS or GLS courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment; however, you will not be charged. You can find more detailed provisions on any shipping costs incurred in the check-out page. We only deliver by mail Worldwide, except in the following countries: China, Serbia, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, all African countires and Russia. We will ship any purchase you make as promptly as possible after payment is confirmed. When you place your order, you will be billed in full for your purchase. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within three to five business days of you placing your order, such as materials availability, holidays, seasonal sales spikes, or funding issues, we will notify you using the email address you provided at the time you place your order so that you can at your sole option choose to keep your order in place, change, or cancel your order subject to our order cancellation policies below.

Unfortunately, self-collection of the product is not possible because we operate as an EU-based e-commerce business with a warehouse that is not intended for self-collection.

​

TAX AND DUTIES

​

Imported goods are usually subject to import duties (customs duty) and value added tax, while excise goods are also subject to excise duties. Our shipping is also duty free—DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Prescribed duties have been paid in advance by us, but you may be charged with additional taxes. Rules regarding the collection of sales taxes on the internet are subject to change in all countries around the world. Some countries consider our products inherently “agricultural” in nature and therefore exempt from taxes; others do not. Please check with your national tax administration, which has the competence in this matter.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

​

Our shipping partners include DHL, UPS, USPS, and GLS. Depending on the courier and your location, you may have the option to modify your delivery while it is on its way to you. Available options may include rescheduling the delivery date, selecting a delivery time window, authorizing delivery without signature, or redirecting the parcel to a nearby pickup point.

Once your order has been dispatched and is with the courier, you will receive a tracking notification via SMS and/or email with information about the expected delivery date and a tracking number.

Using the tracking link provided by the courier, you may be able to customize your delivery preferences where available.

Schedule Your Delivery


If the estimated delivery date does not suit you, you may be able to select another delivery date within the options provided by the courier.

Signature Release


You may choose to authorize delivery without requiring a signature. Please note that if you select this option, RUN-TIGER COMPANY cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Leave with Neighbor


You may request the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbor by providing the appropriate details and delivery instructions. If this option is selected, RUN-TIGER COMPANY cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Collection from a Pickup Point


If you are not available to receive the parcel, you may be able to collect it from a nearby courier service point or pickup location, depending on the courier and availability in your region.

Vacation Hold


Some couriers allow you to request a temporary hold on your delivery if you are unavailable to receive it.

RETURNS POLICY

​

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. Exchanges and refunds will be issued up to 30 days from the date the product was received. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

WORLDWIDE RETURNS:

Returns can be made in 30 days.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

The return must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered condition.

The item must be returned with original packaging.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

​

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. Consumers have the opportunity to use the before mentioned platform to settle their disputes. In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we are obliged to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

Right of withdrawal—Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

Retention of Title—The goods remain our property until full payment.

PAYMENT AND SECURE SHOPPING

​

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit or with debit card, starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved.

​

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to RUN-TIGER COMPANY, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You authorize RUN-TIGER COMPANY to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of your agreement with RUN-TIGER COMPANY.

All our check-out pages and pages which require input of your personal details and payment details are SSL secured. SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

PAYMENT

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

CREDIT CARD

​

When you place your order, you enter your credit card details. After your legitimizing as the legal cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.

APPLE PAY

​

During the ordering process, you can select Apple Pay as your payment method. To complete the payment, you must confirm the transaction using Apple Pay on your Apple device. After authentication, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card linked to Apple Pay will be charged. You may receive additional instructions during the ordering process.

GOOGLE PAY

​

During the ordering process, you can select Google Pay as your payment method. To complete the payment, you must confirm the transaction using Google Pay on your supported device. After authentication, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and the card linked to your Google Pay account will be charged. You may receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PAYPAL

​

In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider, PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, which will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You’ll get more information during the ordering process.

CONFIRMATION

​

Once you have made your choice and placed your order with RUN-TIGER COMPANY, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order, including your order reference number. This email is neither an acceptance of your order or a proof of purchase; it is just a confirmation that we have received the order.

​

If you haven’t received an e-mail within 30 minutes or so, check your junk or spam folders. Some e-mail providers are more severe than others and may automatically delete our e-mails if they believe they are spam.

​

Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation to your e-mail address. Save this e-mail in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Your contract to purchase the items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has been dispatched to you. The sale contract is concluded in Slovenia, E.U., and the language of the contract is English. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock or unavailable. We may also refuse to process, and therefore refuse to accept, a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

​

RUN-TIGER COMPANY is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit, but you will need to contact our customer service team within 21 days of ordering (https://run-chicken.eu/) if the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product, the customer is liable. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible; in cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with the RUN-TIGER COMPANY by e-mail. This e-mail has been acknowledged by the RUN-TIGER COMPANY. Where stock may be unavailable, RUN-TIGER COMPANY reserves the right to cancel any order, and we will notify the customer of a replacement or any equivalent products where possible. If RUN-TIGER COMPANY receives a package that has not been collected from the post office (or equivalent shipping office), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that we incur from handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you and settlement of the invoice must be made within ten days.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

​

The following applies to buyers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or to contact you has no impact on your legal claims and their enforcement; in particular, your warranty rights have no consequences. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

COMPLAINTS TERMS AND WITHDRAWAL

​

It is important that the customer checks their goods when the shipment is received in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that you have been sent the incorrect item or it is damaged, please contact us within 21 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service team via email info@run-chicken.com, or through our contact form on the contact page of our website. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint, and we will get back to you promptly with instructions on what to do. It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit. The customer is entitled to a refund of the shipping cost if the product suffers a manufacturer fault, which will be decided by RUN-TIGER COMPANY on receipt of the returned product. RUN-TIGER COMPANY has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

The purchaser has the right to cancel the purchase within 21 days. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received. Purchasers using their right to return an order should contact us at info@run-chicken.com. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required.

​

OUR LIMITED LIABILITY

​

RUN-TIGER COMPANY’s responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to these conditions of sale. RUN-TIGER COMPANY bears no direct or indirect responsibility, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work, or other economic harm.

​

RUN-TIGER COMPANY shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered, including government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, global COVID-19 rules, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, cyber attack, unauthorized access, or other malicious activity affecting the system, poor transport or weather conditions, or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

​

We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

​

LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

​

If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it must be reported immediately to the carrier within seven days. Transport damage must also be reported to RUN-TIGER COMPANY within 21 days of placing the order via email at info@run-chicken.com. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives. Defective products returned to the RUN-TIGER COMPANY will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when shipped, as all our products are inspected when they are packaged. In the case of faults or defects in the product supplied, the purchaser shall not be entitled to reject the product unless such faults or defects are reported within 21 days of placing the order. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

​

Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory right to liability for defects applies. Our products have a one-year warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. The following applies to the purchase of used goods by consumers: if the defect occurs one year after delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods. RUN-TIGER COMPANY products and their agents will not be responsible for loss of eggs, birds, or other livestock in the event of failure, however caused, and the user is advised to arrange their own insurance cover where loss of power, mechanical, or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses. In order that we continue our policy of innovation and improvement, we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.

To qualify for our warranty, you must:

Complete the online warranty registration form within 30 days of purchase.

Be the original purchaser of the product. Used goods are sold to the exclusion of any warranty.

Notify us of defects before the period expires.

​

COMPETITIONS & DISCOUNTS

​

No purchase is necessary to enter any RUN-TIGER COMPANY competition. Each competition will have specific guidelines for geographical and age requirements. A clear start and end time will be indicated.

Entrants may submit multiple entries, but no entrant may win more than one prize. All competition entries are moderated, and any offensive or crude comments will be deleted, and the entrant disqualified. The number of prizes available will be clearly stated within the competition guidelines.

A winner/winners will be selected at random and notified by email or phone and will have one week from the competition end date to respond before another winner is chosen, and so on. The winners will receive their prize via post within 30 days of notification, unless otherwise specified. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The prize is non-transferrable, and no alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, RUN-TIGER COMPANY reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.

RUN-TIGER COMPANY reserves the right to amend or change any competition terms and conditions at any time without notification.

The entrant should be aware that Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/YouTube/Tiktok/X (Twitter) are not administrators, endorsers, nor associated with any RUN-TIGER COMPANY competition in any way unless specified. Any complaints, comments, or questions should be directed to RUN-TIGER COMPANY and not Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/YouTube/Tiktok/X (formerly Twitter). Entrants must understand that they are providing information to RUN-TIGER COMPANY and not Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/YouTube/TikTok/X (formerly Twitter).

Discount codes and offers will be available from time to time. Each discount may have specific guidelines for geographical and age requirements. Any discounts or offers will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and no cash alternative will be given. Only one offer is allowed per customer, and if any purchases bought as part of a promotion are returned, the customer will receive a refund of the total value paid shown on their purchase receipt.

CHANGES TO TERMS

​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
