Participation & Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the contest is voluntary.

By submitting an artwork via email, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the processing of personal data and the use of submitted content.

Content Guidelines & Right to Refuse

RUN-CHICKEN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or not publish any submitted artwork that:

• contains offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content

• promotes violence or harassment

• includes political messaging or controversial topics

• infringes intellectual property rights

• is otherwise deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the brand

This applies without obligation to provide justification.

Originality Requirement

​

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:

• the artwork is their own original creation

• it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools is permitted as part of the creative process, provided that:

• the participant has meaningfully contributed to the final artwork

• the participant has the necessary rights to use and submit the generated content

• the submission does not replicate or closely imitate existing copyrighted works

Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring that their submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

RUN-CHICKEN reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fully automated, lack original human input, or raise concerns regarding authorship or rights.

Submissions must be based on the provided coloring templates.

Consent for Use of Artwork

​

By participating, participants grant RUN-CHICKEN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• publish, display, and share submitted artworks

• use them for promotional and marketing purposes

Participants may choose to:

• be tagged on social media

• or remain anonymous

Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)

​

Personal data (such as name and email address) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the contest and communicating with participants.

The legal basis for processing is the participant’s consent.

Data will not be shared with third parties and will be stored only for as long as necessary to complete the contest and related communication, unless longer retention is required by law.

Minors

• any damages resulting from participation or inability to participate in the contest

• disqualify entries that violate these rules

• remove fraudulent or manipulated participation

• modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary
